Monstrous Monday x 2

Two shots of the amazing Christmas window display for Selfridge's Wonder Room in London: a Jonathan Edwards' designed giant dolls house stuffed with Felt Mistress's monsters. I chose the second picture because I love the Doorman - I saw him in the formal furry flesh at Jonathan and Louise's house just before the exhibition was assembled - and, despite there being tough competition, I think he was my favourite. Monstrous Monday x 2

More good news for Louise - Felt Mistress monsters are now going to be stocked by Selfridges in London! More info at http://feltmistress.blogspot.com/2010/07/felt-mistress-selfridges.html That just leaves Harrods - or should that be Hairods?

Monstrous Monday

Here are two chums enjoying their bank holiday weekend. On the left is a particularly funky example of a Kaiju made for me by Felt Mistress (ww.feltmistress.com) and on the right a leprechaun (at least I think he's a leprechaun) made by a company called Scrushkins which I bought at a car boot sale. The leprechaun's quite horrible really and you can stick your hand in the back like a glove puppet and waggle his tongue and make his eyes bulge out. I think the pair of them make a lovely couple.
